Eastbridge Flats & Townhomes is a small neighborhood located on the 3400 block of East Sunset and the 2600 block of South Glenview Avenue. Just a few blocks south of our Glendale Place neighborhood, Eastbridge is another great location that is close to everything!
2 bedroom 1 or 2 bath 1 car garage and 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage units are available. 2 bedrooms with approx. 1170 square feet and 3 bedrooms at 1500 square feet. Some units have fenced in patios as well as vaulted ceilings!
The 2 bedroom flats are equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, as well as washer/dryer connections.

Resident pays all utilities and trash service. We provide all the lawn care service and unit maintenance.
Our Eastbridge Residents are welcome to use the pool at Glendale Place. There is no parking at the pool however, so please leave your vehicles at home!! It is just a few blocks stroll...
