Glendale Place Flats & Townhomes is a small neighborhood located on the 3400 blocks of East Covington & Lomita Streets, as well as the 2700 block of South Glenview Avenue. This is a great location that not only has everything, but is close to everything too!
3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage layouts make up the townhomes and flats, approximately 1500 square feet. Some units have fenced in patios and vaulted ceilings!
Each flat or townhome is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and garbage disposal, as well as washer/dry connections. Residents provide their own refrigerator and pay all utilities and trash service. We provide all the lawn care service and unit maintenance!
The neighorhood pool at Glendale Place is open between Memorial and Labor Day from 10am to 10pm Tuesday-Sunday. The pool is closed on Mondays for weekly maintenance and cleaning.
