Belcrest Apartments is a small apartment community located ¼ west of Highway 65 on Chestnut Expressway and Belcrest Avenue. This is a great location that is minutes from the
downtown/campus areas, and only seconds to Highway 65!
2 bedroom 1 bath units are available. All units are fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, and stove.
The water/sewer/trash is included with the rent; Residents pay electric only! All units come standard with central heating and air conditioning.
We have a community pool which is open Tuesday-Sunday from 10am to 10pm, a convenient on-sight laundry facility, pet walking areas with doggy stations for easy clean up, free maintenance, and parking lot patrol to ensure parking for our Residents.

The worst mistake I ever made on a place to stay!
ReplyDeleteBetween the $295.00 admin fee, The $250.00 pet fee & the final bill of $323.00 for carpet cleaning, painting walls & general cleaning. It was definitely NOT an cheap place to live for just 2 months!
When they cleaned the carpet before I moved in it brought out smells so bad my wife & dog refused to stay with me!
Unfortunately I did not have time to find another place as we had sold our house & were moving out of town, I was staying behind for my job!
Cheap rent, but they find other fees & ways to make up for it!
I will never be back there & hopefully will never need a place like there again!
